The best definition that we have ever heard of character was "who you are when no one's looking"! Without an audience to appreciate us or give us accolades, it is the person who does the right thing simply because it is the right thing to do. Character is what separates the successful from the unsuccessful in life. It's not about career or money, it's about being a person of ethics and integrity, who sincerely cares about the well-being of others.

Life is all about choices

- we choose who we become by what we've learned, and are willing to learn. Personal responsibility starts with each one of taking ownership of those choices. We are where we are today because of us, there is no one else to take the credit or the blame. Self-growth is an attitude that keeps us willing to learn and to become the best person that we can become. Fresh ideas, new people and exciting concepts will move you closer to fulfilling your goals and dreams. We can learn something new from everyone! In learning, we empower ourselves and others. Unless we get out of our "comfort zones", we will never grow as individuals.

Some of our favorite seminars are those taught by Klemmer and Associates, The Learning Annex and Anthony Robbins. The personal coaching is absolutely phenomenal! Two of my favorite books are Compassionate Samurai by Brian Klemmer and Unlimited Power by Anthony Robbins.

If I could share one thing with you, it would be this: make wise choices daily. What you read, watch, listen to; the care and nutrition you give your body and mind will either reward you or be the bain of your existence. We can all choose to live a healthy,energetic and exciting lifestyle or we can choose to be unhealthy, tired and complacent. Each small choice that we make adds up to the whole; it may not seem like much at the time, but years of neglect of your mind and body will show the world the choices that we make. I can tell you from experience, you don't want to wait until you've been forced to make changes.

Remember: all excuses pay the same - nothing!
