Choosing the Best Network Marketing Opportunity

Guidelines

Choosing the best Network Marketing Opportunity can be challenging! Stick with one that is a member of the Direct Selling Associatioon (DSA).

Network marketing has created THOUSANDS of millionaires... Of course, there are good ones and bad ones!

In network marketing, you make commissions from someone you introduce your company to, and joins under you - just like a real estate broker does.

How To Choose The Best Network Marketing Opportunity!

1. Longevity is very important

How long has the company been in business. MOST fail in the first three years!

2. Nationality

Stay with a US network marketing opportunity! If you go with a company out side the US, you’ll have little recourse if you have a problem! 3. Products

Watch out for far out claims such as magic drinks or herbs that cure everything. The research is questionable. You will even find such companies advising their reps NOT to submit the product for testing!

4. Compensation Plans

Companies that require you to build more than 3-4 legs is going to be difficult. You often don’t get credit for the sales in legs that are not simulair in depth! Review the comp plan carefully and talk to some company “old timers” about how fair they think the plan is. Unfortunately, some legitimate companies with good products have mediocre plans. Also, if the company encourages you to buy LOTS of extra products to move up the comp plan, this is a bad sign! Be sure to ask under what conditions can you still get commissions if you decide to take a vacation from the business for a year or two.

5. Recruiting or Selling?

You want to be able to make good money by either recruiting OR selling. Some network marketing companies pay you such small commissions you can only recruit to make good money. Recruiting is not easy for most people, and many don’t like doing it. You won’t know if you are good at it, though, until you put some energy into doing it. Recruiting can be extraordinarily rewarding, if you go to the effort to be proficient.

The key to recruiting is to learn to be enthusiastic about your MLM business opportunity at the drop of a hat. Practice will bring this about for you!

6. Attrition

The reality of network marketing is that most people quit. It is too easy to join, so lots of people get in who aren’t serious enough, and they don't stick with it. On the other hand, you only need to have 4 to 6 serious recruits for you to become very, very well paid!

Figure 85% of people you bring in will get out. To get 4 good business builders, you need to recruit 27 people. With a good lead program, you can recruit one person a week with 8 hours of phone calls per week.

In 27 weeks, recruiting one person per week, you will have enough people on your team to make you a ton of money! Now, it is simple to do, but not easy. Making those calls can be emotionally draining.

You get used to it, though. And once you get the right mindset, you are on your way!

The Bottom Line No business model is perfect, but understand this clearly: If you really want to create a huge residual income, coming in whether you are working or not, then getting started with a good network marketing opportunity is one of the most realistic ways for you to reach that goal! Even the illustrious Donald Trump has said that if he weren’t doing what he is doing, he would be doing network marketing. Robert Kawasaki (Rich Dad, Poor Dad) has said the same thing. Now those are good recommendations for pursing an Network Marketing Opportunity!
